Shipping Policy

Shipping estimates and delivery times vary by location.

Average shipping time is between 2-3 business days.

PRO products may take up to 5-7 business days for shipping. 

After you’ve submitted an order with approved payment, your shipment will leave our warehouse and a shipping email with your tracking number will be provided to you so that you can follow your package. Processing times do vary. It could take 1-2 days to fully process an order. Note that external factors beyond our control such as high volume orders or weather can affect your given shipping time frame. We value your business. Know that behind every package that we send out is a team working hard to deliver your order in optimal condition. If there is an occasion where your item arrives broken or incomplete, please reach out to us and we will do our absolute best to help mend things.

Depending on the shipping location, deliveries within the US can take up to 7 business days. If you are located in a high traffic area without a secure delivery location, we recommend sending the item to a trusted family/friends house or work building to receive your package in order to avoid any unexpected events.

Sales tax will be applied to your order as required by law. Note that we do not add taxes unless we are required by law to do so.
