What is the procedure for returns?
If you need to initiate a return, simply reach out to us through the "Contact Us" page on our website or email us at customerservice@shopfenlo.com. If your return meets the necessary requirements, we will provide a pre-paid label for you to attach to your unopened, new-condition package. Then, drop off the package at your nearest UPS store.

Each LED pole is rated to last over 54,000 hours which is about 24 years of typical everyday use. Perforrnance is not guaranteed and may vary based on
individual usage and conditions; tested under controlled environments.
Are your products child and pet-friendly?
Absolutely! Unlike other brands, this tall shelf is treated with an advanced UV coating, which means it’s free of any harsh or chemical smells. Confidently light up your rooms while not having to worry about any airborne toxins reaching your pets, kids, and loved ones!
What is the purpose of the UV coating?
Our UV coating acts as a protective shield, ensuring your product is free from harmful toxins and maintaining a child and pet-friendly home environment.
What should I do if assembly instructions are missing from the package?
Feel free to contact us directly! We can provide a digital instruction manual to guide you through the assembly process seamlessly.
Are your products compatible with smart outlets/plugs?
For the optimal experience, we recommend using the built-in on/off switch provided with the product. Currently, we do not test our products with smart outlets/plugs, so please utilize the provided on/off switch.
Will I need help putting my product together?
Not at all! Our products are designed for easy and quick assembly in under 15 minutes. We also offer videos and detailed instruction manuals to guide you through the process. Find them on our YouTube Channel.
Can I purchase parts separately?
Regrettably, we do not offer individual parts for sale at this time. However, if you require a replacement part, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
What is the shipping time frame?
