Refunds must be done within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent out in the original, unopened packaging. Please include all contents and no missing pieces to meet the criteria of refund approval.

**Taking an unboxing video is highly recommended for your purchase. Please provide an unboxing video so we can confirm that the item has arrived damaged and determine as to what stage of delivery the damage had incurred. Also, the video will be helpful for us to speed up the refund process. All returns must be inspected before refund is issued. Cost may incur for shipping replacement parts or defective item returns.
